Why we exist
Asset owners can find it confusing to know which kind of valuer they need, what a report should cover and what a fair fee looks like. We bring structure to that process and route enquiries to qualified providers.
Independence
We are independent. We are not a valuation firm, a law firm, an accounting practice or a tax adviser. Providers on our platform are independent businesses responsible for their own work.
How we review providers
We check professional qualifications, memberships and indemnity status before approving providers. Customer feedback feeds into ongoing review.
Our compliance approach
We use careful language throughout the site. We do not say that valuations are mandatory for everyone. The need for a valuation depends on final legislation, asset type, ownership structure and eventual disposal - always speak with your accountant or tax adviser.
